Why do you use a pre-paid ticket system rather than reservations?

We want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid bookings allow us to anticipate who is coming in and tailor unique experience to our guests and offer genuine hospitality.

Can I get a refund for my purchased ticket? Can I exchange my ticket for another date?

No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final.

Can I give my booking away or sell it?

Yes. The booking is nonrefundable, but completely transferable. To transfer a booking, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Bookings". Each booking has a transfer button next to it.

Where do I park?

We have a parking lot directly across the street from our gate.

Do you accommodate allergies?

We will try to accommodate allergies, though calling in to discuss is best. 843 817 7900
